BRICK mentoring programme offered bespoke support for at least 40 community groups. Mentoring focused on a range of key issues, from governance, business planning and securing private investment, to preparing an activity plan or engaging the community. Each group received six to eight days of mentoring from a member of The Prince’s Regeneration Trust’s Projects Team, and groups also shared their experiences on our BRICKwork blog.

We are no longer taking applications for new mentoring projects. However, we are still offering support through our Heritage Helpline.
